These terms apply when you use happilyreal.com or purchase from Happily Real. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Happily Real sells original illustrated cards and gifts. Many products are made to order through our external partners. Product colours and positioning may vary slightly between screens and physical production. We may correct genuine descriptions, availability or pricing errors and will contact you if an affected order cannot proceed.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, and any taxes or duties that are the customer’s responsibility, are shown or explained before the order is placed. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation.
Please check product choices, personalisation and delivery details before ordering. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Because many items enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will offer a suitable solution or refund the affected amount.
Production and delivery are handled through Printify and its print and carrier network. Dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the process for damaged, faulty, incorrect or other return requests. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Artwork, product designs, photographs, text, branding and website material are owned by or licensed to Happily Real. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell or commercially use the artwork.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Accounts must contain accurate information and be kept secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Happily Real is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, carrier delay or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
